Vampirism is the blood spec: drains, a freeze, and regeneration tied to a blood meter. You must already be a vampire. Resetting the style does not remove the race.

How do you use Vampirism?
Strong for sustained fights, including the Kira help noted in Update 1.8 footage. To become human again, the notes send you to the Jesus NPC, which also removes this style.
