Four Saint's Corpse parts show up across evolution routes. Using one on the wrong Stand, or with the wrong style equipped, wastes it.
What each part is for
| Part | Item-table sell price | Use it when |
|---|---|---|
| Rib Cage | $1,200 | You are ready to roll Tusk Act 1, D4C, The World Alternate Universe, Scary Monsters, or Soft & Wet |
| Left Arm | $2,500 | You have Tusk Act 1, Spin equipped, and Worthiness V, and you want Act 2 |
| Heart | $2,500 | You have D4C and Worthiness V, and you want D4C: Love Train |
| Pelvis | $2,500 | You have Tusk Act 3, Spin equipped, and Worthiness V, and you want Act 4 |
Those dollar figures are sell prices from the item table, not the shop price. A Tusk route separately says players buy a Left Arm for $15,000 and a Pelvis for $45,000, or take them from Steel Ball Run and the arcade. Pay the seller's live price if it does not match either number.
A Tusk guide reports about a 20% chance that the Rib Cage gives Tusk Act 1, and about a 5% world spawn for the cage itself. Both are guide reports. If you still want your arrow Stand, do not click the cage.
Tusk, act by act
- Rib Cage while you are willing to lose your current Stand. Success is Tusk Act 1.
- Equip Spin. Use the Left Arm. That is Act 2. Worthiness V is listed as a requirement beside Spin.
- With Act 2 equipped, find the Jesus encounter. Reported spots include the fountain opposite Lisa Lisa, Eli's Pizzeria, and the arcade parking lot. That step is Act 3.
- Equip Spin again. Use the Pelvis on Act 3. That is Act 4.
Act 4 is a high-execution Stand. It is also banned from casual Steel Ball Run, along with other final evolutions.
D4C: Love Train
Roll D4C from the Rib Cage, reach Worthiness V, and use the Heart. Love Train is the form people bring when a team needs a defensive ultimate more than another barrage.
Heaven items that are not corpse parts
DIO's Diary and DIO's Bone are quest items on The World Over Heaven and Made in Heaven routes. The Diary is also named as a required inventory item for the late Jotaro meeting. They are not substitutes for the four corpse parts.
Green Baby is tied to moving Whitesnake toward C-Moon. The pages read did not agree on a full turn-in script, so this guide does not invent one. Talk to the Heaven NPC with the quest item in your inventory and read the dialogue before you confirm.
Redeemed corpse parts from old codes use a different color, cannot be traded, and were prestige-gated when those codes existed. They are expired now.
