The World Over Heaven starts from The World, the arrow Stand, not from a corpse part. One evolution guide splits the work into four phases. Confirm each phase in the quest dialogue, because the numbers are from that guide rather than a developer patch note.
Reported phases
| Phase | What the guide says to do |
|---|---|
| 1 | Win 25 matches in the 1v1 arena |
| 2 | Get 50 player kills in Steel Ball Run |
| 3 | Defeat Heaven Ascension DIO |
| 4 | Reach the tallest peak carrying DIO's Bone and DIO's Diary |
Phase 2 is the one players stall on. The guide's own warning is that kill-trading and team wipes both get abused, and only the finishing blow counts if you are sharing a target. A high-burst Stand makes the last hit easier. The Hand and D4C are the examples that guide gives.
For Heaven Ascension DIO, the same guide suggests learning the telegraphs instead of racing him, and names Star Platinum: The World as a comfortable farming Stand. That is a suggestion, not a requirement.
Skill notes from the same guide
These are the nodes that guide tells you to buy after the evolution, with the figures it prints:
- Reality Overwriting Punch, listed at 20.1 damage, block bypass.
- Heaven Ascended Smite, listed at 30, block break.
- Self-injury overwrite, listed as a 45 HP cleanse.
- Time Stop mastery, described as moving a 4-second stop toward 7 seconds if all three nodes are taken.
- Destructive Power, described as a path to 9.7 M1 damage.
If your skill tree shows different numbers, trust the tree. Do not respec around a year-old damage cell.
Made in Heaven is a different Heaven path: Whitesnake to C-Moon, then Pucci's plan with the corpse parts, DIO's Bone, and Jotaro's disc. Do not mix the two shopping lists.
